Terms & conditions

Last updated 22 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Sigma Anchors (the "Platform"), operated by Argentron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (the "Company", "we", "us"). By using the Platform you agree to them. If you are using it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

1. What the Platform is

The Platform introduces businesses that buy on credit ("Customers") to banks and non-banking financial companies regulated by the Reserve Bank of India ("Lenders"), on the strength of their purchases from a supplier that invites them ("Anchor"). We facilitate onboarding, collect documents, pass them to the Lender assessing the application, and report status to the parties entitled to see it.

2. What the Platform is not

We are not a bank, a non-banking financial company, or a lender of any kind. We do not lend, we do not accept deposits, and we do not guarantee any facility. Nothing on the Platform is an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or an assurance that any application will be sanctioned. Every credit decision, the amount, the rate and all charges are determined solely by the Lender and are set out in its sanction letter, which is a contract between the Lender and the Customer.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The Platform is for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once, at support@argentrontech.com, if you believe your account has been used without your authority.

4. Obligations of an Anchor

An Anchor may invite only businesses with which it has a genuine, existing trading relationship, and only where it has a lawful basis to share that business's contact details with us for this purpose. The Anchor is responsible for the accuracy of the details it provides and for the content of any message it sends from its own WhatsApp or email using material generated on the Platform. An Anchor sees the status of its Customers' applications and the sanctioned amount; it does not receive its Customers' documents, financial statements or credit assessments.

5. Obligations of a Customer

A Customer applies in its own name and is responsible for the truth, completeness and currency of everything it submits. Submitting forged, altered or misleading documents may result in immediate suspension and in the matter being reported to the Lender and to the authorities. A facility sanctioned to a Customer is governed by that Lender's own terms; the Customer's payment terms with its Anchor are a matter between those two parties and are not altered by this Platform.

6. Charges

We do not charge Anchors or Customers a fee for using the Platform. We may receive a fee or commission from a Lender in connection with a facility we source or service. Interest, processing fees, and any other charges relating to a facility are levied by the Lender and are disclosed in its sanction letter before the facility goes live.

7. Acceptable use

You may not: submit false information or impersonate another person or business; invite parties with whom you have no trading relationship; attempt to access data belonging to another party; probe, scan or interfere with the Platform's security; use automated means to extract data from it; or use the Platform for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe any of this has occurred.

8. Third parties

Applications are assessed by Lenders and may be worked by direct selling agents ("DSA partners") engaged for that purpose. We are not responsible for a Lender's decisions, its pricing, or its conduct in servicing a facility. Complaints about a facility should be raised with the Lender through the grievance channel in its sanction letter, and may also be raised with us under our grievance redressal policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design and content belong to the Company or its licensors. You may use the Platform for its intended purpose; you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written consent. Any material we generate for you to send to your own customers may be used for that purpose only.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend access for maintenance, security, or where required by law or by a Lender.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, however arising. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the amounts, if any, you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; where you have paid us nothing, our liability shall not exceed ₹10,000. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, from information you submit that is false or misleading, or from your infringement of another party's rights.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for suspected fraud, or where required by a Lender or by law. Closing an account does not affect a facility already sanctioned to you by a Lender, nor obligations that by their nature survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through discussion; failing that, the courts having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
