Privacy policy
This policy explains what Argentron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. collects when you use Sigma Anchors, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Information we collect
From an Anchor: your company's name, legal name, GSTIN, address and bank details where relevant; the name, email, phone number and role of each person who uses your workspace; and the customer list you choose to invite, including each contact's name, phone number and email address.
From a Customer: your business identity and constitution documents, GSTIN and PAN, financial statements, bank statements, details of your purchases from the Anchor, and the contact details of the people who sign up and answer queries.
Automatically: login timestamps, IP address, device and browser information, and a record of actions taken in the app, which we keep for security and audit.
2. Why we use it
To create and run your account; to send invitations on an Anchor's behalf or prepare messages for it to send; to assemble an application and pass it to a Lender for assessment; to answer and record queries raised on a file; to report status to the parties entitled to see it; to meet legal, regulatory and audit obligations; and to secure the Platform against misuse.
3. Legal basis and consent
We process this information to perform the service you have asked for, to comply with law, and on the basis of the consent you give when you sign up or submit documents. An Anchor confirms, when it uploads a customer list, that it has a lawful basis to share those contact details with us for the purpose of inviting them.
4. Who we share it with
Documents and details submitted by a Customer are shared with: the Lender or Lenders assessing that Customer's application; the DSA partner working the file; and our own credit and support teams. Anchors receive only status and sanctioned amounts for their Customers — never documents, financial statements or credit assessments. We also use service providers for hosting, storage, email and analytics, who process data on our instructions under contract. We disclose information to a court, regulator or law-enforcement authority where legally required. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
5. How we protect it
Access is role-based: a user sees only what their role entitles them to. Uploaded documents are encrypted before they are written to storage and are decrypted only when an authorised reviewer opens them. Traffic is served over TLS. Administrative access is logged. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to keep your credentials to yourself and to tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
6. How long we keep it
We keep application data and documents for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as we are required to — typically eight years from the end of the relevant financial year, to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to a facility introduced through us, or longer if a dispute or investigation is open. Where we no longer need identifiable data, we delete it or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete data we are not required to retain, or withdraw a consent you have given. Write to support@argentrontech.com and we will respond within thirty days. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process an application that depends on it.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and local storage only to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
9. Children
The Platform is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top of the page will change and material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
11. Contact
